Aviv Rubin
Principal
Aviv Rubin has 14 years of experience in commercial real estate investing and finance. Aviv previously co-founded DoubleBay Partners and has held roles at Altisource Portfolio Solutions and FirstKey Lending. Aviv earned a BS in finance from San Diego State University and an MS degree in real estate from the University of Denver. Outside of work Aviv enjoys running, reading, and spending time outdoors in the mountains and at the beach. -
Alex Overhardt
Acquisitions
Alex Overhardt works in acquisitions and has been active in commercial real estate investment since 2022, with a focus on industrial, retail, and net lease assets. At RBN Group, he helps lead the firm’s sourcing and underwriting efforts across Colorado and other key markets, playing an integral role in the firm’s portfolio growth. Alex holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Denver and previously gained experience in investment banking and asset management with Ten-X. Before beginning his real estate career, Alex played professional hockey in the Nashville Predators organization. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with friends and family.
